Google Talk Widget–Where’s the Talk?

I saw word from Andy about the new Google Talk Widget today. Google Talk in Flash. The IM looks nice, but where’s the VoIP? Notice in this window how the Call button is dimmed:

Andy seems to think Google is up to something. They may be right, but I’m still looking for a VoIP client–web-based or otherwise–that works with Google Talk’s VoIP functionality on a Mac.
