MacBook is Cooler

I am resting my laptop on my lap while I sit here on the plane watching my backlog of videos on my MacBook. Recently I installed a firmware update on my MacBook to address the “fan problem” some MacBook users had. While I didn’t have that problem myself–the fans were fairly quiet, my laptop did run hot. After installing this update, my MacBook does run a bit cooler. It’s still warm to the touch, but it is not uncomfortably so.

Meanwhile, I am sure I will run out of battery before I land. That’s okay as I have plenty of podcasts on my phone. The battery is running out there as well but I have a spare if it does run out.
