Gizmo now does Outbound Caller ID on PSTN Calls
I noticed when I was messing with my Gizmo Project account today that when I make a PSTN call, the outbound Caller ID is something usable, namely my Area 775 number. That at least makes the inbound call I make to someone identifyable. In fact, the Caller ID name that showed up on my PSTN line was “PSTN Call,” which I think is clever.
Anyway, I’ve decided to go ahead and purchase $10 worth of Gizmo Out minutes. I can also use the minutes from my Asterisk server and my PhoneGnome as well, which is a bonus.
