A sane approach for post-disaster communications
I realize I’m a little late to the party here, but Jeff Pulver and Tom Evslin filed a petition to the FCC about how telecommunication issues should be handled in a disaster such as Hurricane Katrina. Good stuff. If you’re for it, let the FCC know!
