It’s Not Working

That’s what my wife said to me this evening: about our marriage. This is a very difficult thing to write about, mainly because I really don’t know how I feel about this. For the sake of my son and the child-to-come, things have to work somehow. I’d rather it work well and stay married rather than the alternatives. Believe me, I went through some of the alternatives and I’d rather not subject my kids to them. It’s something I vowed to do at about age 6.

I have a lot of soul searching to do.
