		<description>more than anything else what i would like to see is for phones to be &#039;financed&#039; instead of &#039;subsidized&#039; the difference i see is that they would be listed on the bill as a separate line item that would disappear after two years is up and would vary with the phone purchased. of course we should have the option to buy the phone outright with cash and never see the line item on our bill. my main reason for wanting this so much is not so much the cost of service decrease but a belief that phone price would drop  massively if customers actually saw the cost on there bill every month listed as a separate item. the price difference between an ipod touch and an unsubsidized iphone to totally crazy and i believe would mostly disappear if the cost were more transparent. 

i completely agree with you that any plan should work with any phone.</description>
