		<description>i have been selling used computers via a consignment deal at a local thriftshop. one of my surprises is that about 1 third of my customers use dial up, another third only use WiFi out and about on laptops and the remaining third are using 3G data plans(interestingly more desktop than laptop users seem to take this option). none of these are ideal when it comes to updates. i have found that buyers of cheap used computers just do not consider DSL or cable an option within there budget. most have neither cable TV or a landline so it would be quite an investment.</description>
