It took them a week to get someone to come out and fix my DSL. Based on my experience with CenturyTel, they'd have someone out the next business day. AT&T and verizon would be doing themselves a big favor by having there wireline customer service department take over wireless as well. i can not complain about any of the service i have received from the old POTS phones companies here in the USA. cell phone companies are a whole different story.
