		<description>the kb posting confirms the four hout limit. however it says the reason is to prevent customers overspending. actually in the case of the unlimited plan it is only skype themselves who would be doing the spending. if that is the true reason(i doubt it!) than skype should enable this only on pay per minute accounts and not unlimited plans.</description>
