Declaring A Blog Break
As you might understand over the past few weeks, things haven’t exactly been stress-free in my household with my son being sick. He’s doing much better, thanks, but we’re not entirely out of the woods yet. He’s currently taking antibiotics by IV and will have to go in in a couple of months to actually take the appendix out.
It also doesn’t help that I have a business trip planned for next week. I don’t tend to want to blog when I’m on the road anyway, but the fact is I also just flat out need a break from writing. So the first week in June, I am going to resist the urge to blog.
I’ll probably still spew stuff out on twitter.com/phoneboy and phoneboy.jaiku.com, but that’s not really blogging. I have a few things queued up on The VoIP Weblog, mostly due to contractual obligations. I am not expecting to do any blogging next week. At all.

Space and time for rest is truly important. I know of many businessmen who simply drove themselves into the ground by not listening to their body when they needed to take a break. Family and friends are the most important thing in the world. looking forward to reading more when you return!
