But with the ability to abstract the nasty technical details from the user, now just about anyone can deploy fairly complex applications very quickly. Marketing is the key. Sitofono has quickly became a profitable division of my company thanks to the marketing activities we do together with our biggest customers, helping them to use the service in the most effective way. You can add thousand features to the service and after that you will realize that many of your customers never accessed to their private web backoffice to see stats etc. ;-) Just my 2 cents.
