PhoneBoy: Thanks for the mention. One of the things we are really passionate and excited about is the ability to bring the functionality you mention to a much wider audience. These features have been available to enterprises for a long time. But with the ability to abstract the nasty technical details from the user, now just about anyone can deploy fairly complex applications very quickly.

Personally, I always like the underdog, so bringing this type of functionality to small and medium businesses is rewarding.

Through my experience with Sitofono, I can definitely state that features offered to your customers are just a very tiny part of the story. Marketing is the key. Sitofono has quickly became a profitable division of my company thanks to the marketing activities we do together with our biggest customers, helping them to use the service in the most effective way. You can add thousand features to the service and after that you will realize that many of your customers never accessed to their private web backoffice to see stats etc. ;-) Just my 2 cents.
