		<description>West sacramento spans a few blocks. It's hardly what you could call a city. Charter is getting rid of the fringe communities that aren't cost effective for them to carry. Read small sh*tholes that barely amount to little towns. Wave only offers 3 month free trials and has already jacked up the price in the first 2 months we had service in W.S.
That isn't competition. It's monopoly hand me down.</description>
