		<description>AT&#38;T is offering data and SMS in bundles on what they call 'pay as you go' that really stinks. 'pay as you go' should be exactly that they should bill for the exact amount used like in most countries; or charge a daily fee for unlimited on the days used. i do not want a recurring fees charged each month to my 'pay as i go plan' i should be able to put my phone in a drawer for a couple weeks and be charged nothing. is not that the whole concept of prepay and why it is popular in most the world?</description>
