Want an Invite to Joost? Tell Me Why!
I have a couple of extra Joost invites around, so let’s have ourselves a contest to see who gets them.
Your mission: tell me why I should give one of my invites to you by posting your reasoning in the comments. Two best stories win. Obviously you must leave your real email address in the comment so I can contact you to receive your “winnings.”

1. I’m the first to comment. so obviously i’m a huge fan of the blog…
2. I’m quick to lie to get joost tokens
3. I’m subscribed to your twitter, so I’m not totally a stranger.
4. I like to make lists.
5. I am Australian.

1. To follow the foot steps, I am conveniently the second comment in a two token race (going no further than two cuts down on your work involved)

No seriously though, I need Joost because of my nightmare scenario. Let me explain. I am in the military, and I am a geek (and no, the two are not always getting along) So normally I could wait for my acceptance to the beta *goodness* to go through but, I am now deploying to a place where I will have no TV at all for six months. But I will have my MacBook and Internet (TV would be available, but I have no room to take that with me)

My reasons are, I’m stuck working in an office away from home for a month. I have no TV and no other entertainment here though I do have two 22″ widescreen monitors hooked up to my machine. And what a waste of such desktop real estate to *not* use Joost on them!
Oh, and I’m soon going to be deploying a mesh-connected series of GSM picocells backhauled to the PSTN over SIP (pretty much a temporary private GSM network) – and if that’s not interesting I don’t know what is!

I play the lottery all the time, an although $100 million would be nice, I would definitely settle for a Joost Invite

Because being an early adopter, other people depend on me for technological support/suggestions/directions.
I can objectively review the service and provide feedback to joost as well as recommend/not recommend this service to other people.
