Taking Yourself Out Of The Story

When I read this piece from Andy, which was about how Jangl’s mention in a New York Times story was basically a black eye given the punchline, I was reminded of some advice he personally gave to me about blogging: take yourself out of the story. Of course, this means taking yourself out as the writer, but I think that advise could have applied here as well. Oh well, I suppose all press is good press, right?
