Nokia N73 Keypad

I read this blog post by Luca Filligheddu today about the keys on the Nokia N73 keypad are a little close together. After having used the phone for a couple of weeks, I have to agree. I have been finding myself hitting the wrong key frequently when trying to text message. The numeric keys on the keypad are a little "sunken" making them harder to find and press.

Of course, what I really want is a Nokia N series device with a QWERTY keyboard. :)

digits 1,2, and 3 are incredibly close to the wall of phone making it slightly difficult to dial these. Keypads on Nokia phones
The keypad is a key (no pun intended) differentiator between the Nokia N-series (for consumers) and the E-series (Enterprise). It’s the E-series that all have the QWERTY keyboard; unfortunately they are not participants in the Nokia blogger program.

And the N-series licenses the Tegic T9 solution for the keypad.

Nokia N73 keypads key are closer but than every body wants all the latest features within the mobile phone without increasing its size. compromize has to be done.
