Convert Videos to 3GP
Nico over at About Nokia found a nice little tool that lets you convert any video file to 3GP format specifically for your mobile phone. I'll have to try this when I'm on a PC, but I usually use ffmpegx to convert these things on my Mac. It doesn't do all of my video files, but it gets the ones I care about.
