EQO, Jajah, and New Marketing

Here I talk about my experience with EQO, a recent IM conversation I had with Fredrik over at Jajah, and how "marketing" is working on the Internet these days. Yes, I will be giving Jajah a try.

    I totally agree
I agree with you. The point is that for companies like Jajah and others, there is a little amount of risk in this operation. They ask you to try their service out but they still don’t know if you will like that service. After my last post on Jajah and Rebtel, I’ve been contacted by many of their competitors to try their services out… but they still don’t know if I’ll write good words or bad words :-)

    It’s more a chance than a “risk”
    Ciao Luca,

I won’t name it “risk” because I would like to know about your honest feedback on what we are doing and providing.

If your product isn’t good enough, you have to make it better based on this kind of feedback.

Open conversation with our customers and critics is one of the most important factors in our innovation process and many suggestions from our users went into the actual services already.

Keeping in mind that not every product or service can fit everybodies needs, so while judging about what we or other companies are doing it might not be the perfect solution for you but can be for millions of other people out there in a different situation.

In the end it’s all about conversation and I take it as a chance more than naming it a “risk”.

    Best, Frederik from Jajah.com
